how do i prevent my network from "navidad.exe" and emanuel.exe virsus

I've never come accross emanuel before, but you can follow this link to info on Navidad. Also, to be sure of being protected, just make sure you've got the latest version of a GOOD AV package. I use Sophos and never have any problems.

You need to get an Antivirus application that will help against harmful virus attacks.

Make sure though that you must always have an updated scan engine which you can get from the manufacturer you purchase the Antivirus application from.

You need an antivirus solution, that's for sure. There are a lot of solutions out there from different vendors, but from my own expirience, I would recomend Norton Anti Virus by Symantec (www.symantec.com)
It does a great job for us, last month alone, it stopped over a 1000 virusses in our office, and since we rolled it out in may, we haven't had 1 infection.

Try www.cheyenne.com, I use InoculateIT on our Servers and orkstations, excellent product.

Even if you dont buy it, they have a good info centre
