My virus checker informs me that Mail “Folder11.mbx” has an infested e-mail.
I have deleted the mail message and the folder from OutlookExpress. But when trying to delete the folder from my system I receive a message “ACCESS DENIED”, this folder can not be deleted.
What do I do?
