Hai friends,
I am Jerome Smith, a newbie to this forum. Happy to join this forum and glad to meet everyone here.
My laptop is fully affected by a virus. It was the lap that I purchased 1 year back. But now I am not able to use it. The time I turn it on itself it turns off. Now what can be done inorder to remove the virus?

Don’t you have any antivirus program on the computer to help remove that virus? There are many possibilities that a virus can cause such problem. Using a security tool can help identify what kind of the virus is and then remove it. What kind of virus your computer are infected? Adware, browser hijacker , Trojan or other types of threats.

The thing is you came here looking for advice. People have been trying to help. The least you could to is respond. Or maybe you had it fixed. Either way, it would be nice to get an update from you.

even though you said that it is infected with a virus, but you didn’t name it. so there is a chance something wrong with hardware. if it is, you should take it to tech center. If it is connected with virus, you can try to use following malware removal tools.
