I have written a virus removal manual that is easy to use. I believe that it is helpful for the little to no knowledge, all the way up to a very knowledgeable technician. It contains common registry and folder locations where the majority of viruses and adware hide. The link also contains the best free tools to aide in virus removal.

Please provide feedback in what tools to add, what steps can be reworded, what needs to be omitted, etc.
