I have a relatively new Gateway computer, Vista OS, NetZero DSL connected to a 2Wire modem using an Ethernet cable.
The problem is that it works very well after I reboot the computer (reboting the modem does nothing) and will work for an indeterminate time or number of sites, like a few sites or 10 minutes or so. It is frustrating to reboot all the time.
I have spent about 10 hours with the NetZero DSL techs, and changed lots of settings, but to no avail.
