Ladies or Gentlemen,
After unstalling some programs i got the following problem:
When i power on the laptop (or restart it)it advances up to a certain point, seems start the OS and then goes to a black display.
One of our Tech Spec here found that the problems is that when it gets to the point where it must star “explorer” it does not do it; he teached me a bypass, hitting control+alt+del so it goes to the administrative tools then go to file (up left corner) and write explorer and have it start then it completes the OS load.
Is there somebody that could help me telling some way to fix this bug without having to format and re-install the Vista Business???
Several guys told me that it is the only way to fix this problems but i hope some fellow have solve this problem without having to…
