Vista Ease of Access

by rguilbeault . Updated 19 years, 4 months ago

I am setting up a new notebook for my neighbor’s son. The OS is Vista Home Premium, which I am not too familiar with. His son is a quadriplegic, but will be able to use a special stick with his mouth to press the keys on the keyboard. I haven’t gone through the Voice Recognition with him yet, but until I do, he wants to use the notebook.

My question is, how does he get around the problem of ‘holding down one key, and pressing another’? I’m wondering if the Voice Recognition will solve this problem. If not, any ideas?
