Hello all I just installed Vista about 4 hours ago and everything was fine. I got updates, installed some drivers, etc. But then I restarted my computer and I ran into some trouble. I first got a bile blank screen after the green bar, I managed to run the mem tool and got all the way to the login screen however my computer freezes at this point. Please help me I didn’t keep my backup of XP so I really need this to work.
System Specs:
AMD Athlon? 64 X2 dual-core processor 3800+
1 gig of ram
250 GB 7200 RPM IDE hard drive
Radeon X800 video card (On board Nvidia as well)
Umm in response to other posts I really don’t care about any data on the hard drive right now as I installed off of another OS and I backed up everything important on my external hard drive, so there is nothing of importance on the main drive.
