Vista imaging with ImageX and multi partitions

by sprocket . Updated 17 years, 9 months ago

We have created a Vista laptop ready for imaging. It will use Bitlocker but this hasnt been activated yet but has the partition for it.

Vista is on the C: when logged in and the boot drive is D:

In diskpart the boot drive is C: and Vista shows as D:. However the whole thing works.

The problem we are having is that when we image of each partition and move it to a new laptop, when it boots and tries to start Vista setup the system thinks that the partitions are different, Im thinking that the sysprep setup is trying to make Vista a D: drive.

Has anyone had this?
