When entering quote marks or @ keys in, for example, DOS edit, even though country is set to United Kingdom, the system reverses the keys.
KEYBUK does not work in Vista !

04.07.07 I now have the answer, thanks to microsoft. Since no one on the forum replied I must assume that no one knew the answer or no one took me seriously.
KEYBUK has been replaced with KB16UK !!
It’s as simple as that.
Just add the following line to autoexec.nt:
LH KB16 UK,,%/SYSTEMROOT%\SYSTEM32\KEYBOARD.SYS
