i had a ecovery software going for awhile to try an dget some music back and then I did some updating and restarted it, it went thru the normal start-up process. I was going to go in using the superadmin account but my password wasnt working so I was attempting to log in thru my normal admin account. it froze so i waited tries CTRL-Alt-Del to restart, no response. So I did what I hate doing ever. I turned it off useing the power button. Waited a few minutes, then turned it back on. It started up and then a black screen with hard drive failure prediction immient, backup and replace.
press F1 to continue. I got out my recovery discs that I maded when I first got it and nothing. Restarted it again using the bad method. wa able to get into the boot options andput bot from cd at the top. Still went to the screen. I tried to do the System recoery using the F11 it wouldnt even come up. I just want to know if this is fixable. Im thinking that a new hard drive would fix it, but I figured itd be better to just buy a new one.
