I am having a problem with Vista Ultimate’s offline file sync. I setup a folder from a server to be available offline. The initial sync got interrupted. Since then I can’t get the sync manager to recognize when the folder is online and available and I can’t delete the offline file cache and start it over from scratch. The user has administrative rights. I have tried a hack to reset the CSC database through the registry. That didn’t work. I disabled the firewall and AV, that didn’t help. I thought this was something that was supposed to work better in Vista… Pulling my hair out… Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
