I am attempting to fix a problem for a friend. She has a Dell Inspiron 1520 which had a white screen appear requesting a bios password, which she did not (could not) set. After fixing this issue Vista is now requesting a password at startup, she says she has never had one. She also does not have a reset disk created. What are my options??
