With UAC turned on in Vista, and an ATI x850 XT card, my screen blanks out for about 3 seconds when clicking on something that uses UAC. I’ve heard this is a problem with both nVidia and ATI graphics cards, but no one has posted the answer. I have the newest drivers from ATI installed (Catalyst 7.9) and have had the issue with previous drivers as well.
