I have bought an ASUS U3S in Austria with a german Windows Vista Ultimate. I created 3 users: in German, English and Portuguese. But even logged in english user if there’s problems, noway: the system always reports in “Deutsch”. I would like to change the default, the main language to english. How can I do it?
