When I booted up yesterday, my Dell laptop told me that it was configuring Update 3 of 3. It paused at 0%, then got to 83%, then rebooted. It did this for hours. I have tried System Restore, I have done every diagnostic available from the boot menus, but no matter what, my computer is stuck in this loop.
Any ideas?
