Vista Versions for Visual Studio?

Speaking of new computers, what version of Vista do I need to run Visual Studio 2008 Professional? I remember problems with XP Home, that you couldn’t develop ASP.NET apps because it wouldn’t act as a web server; only XP Pro would do. Vista comes with many more flavours; are there similar problems with some of them, or will Home Premium do the trick?
