Visual Basic 6.0

i m using windows xp sp3.i created a software in visual basic 6.0.and by using diployment wizard i deployed it.when i trying to install that setup file to other computer it says "Setup cannot continue because some system files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup to update these files for you now. You will need to restart Windows before you can run setup again. Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files"..how can i solve it..i want to install that software as importent..please help me

You'll have to look inside, but at a guess

the dlls your application is referencing and trying to deploy are out of step.

The VB6 deployment wizard wasn't that clever when it was invented, now it's horribly out of date. Better off creating and MSI, or downloading another installer.

Depends on waht you are referencing, if memory serves, the wizard will tell you. You may get away with just copying the exe across.

thank you for reply.but i havealready created a database program in vb 6.0...i should install it to clients system...how can i ?could you tell me how i can diploy it frm visual basic??
