Does broadband speed (my office one is 512Kbps broadband) does matter for the clearity of the communication? I understand that an electronic device does matter. What about other factors? Please assist me in this. Thanks.

If you're thinking about using the internet as a medium for business related call traffic I wouldn't advise it. Although voice data requires relatively little bandwidth there are still other issues to consider such as quality of service.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
