VOLUME GOES DOWN TO CERO BY ITSELF!!

by compufixone . Updated 16 years, 7 months ago

I have an HP pavillion m9520f here is link for complete specifications: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01619747&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=3867655&lang=en

since new about 4 months ago, the master volume goes down by itself to cero!!, here what I have done
-reinstall Vista, update realtek drivers, changue keyboard and mouse, update bios, remove reinstall drivers in safe mode, disable the built in sound and install a sound blaster audigy pci card, play thru many settings, install windows XP in second partition and install all proper drivers, so I have this machine w/dual boot.
And the problem still there!! in Vista or XP is the samething, sometimes works for a day sometimes for a minute, it happens w/any player, even when nothing is playin, of course I have checked for virus, spyware, etc.(Hp tech support does not know anything about this machine, not new)
Please help!!
