Volume that Offline Files Resides

I can’t find a reference on MS TechNet for this so I’m going to float the question here.

I have a multi-partition laptop and since the boot partition is getting a bit full, I would like to move the offline files to the other partition which has plenty of room. I can’t find any control for this and since Sony ships most of there laptops with mulitple partitions, I’m kind of stuck.

Any guesses
