We use a Cisco Pix506E and for the most part our VPN works great. I have a couple naggin issues I would like to resolve. (these are not isolated issues i have checked multiple locations)
#1 – VPN access prevents others on the network from accessing the internet. While a user is on the VPN everyone else is prevented from using the internet. This happens at my house on a Belkin router as well as many other locations.
#2 – Networks prevent access to our vpn. We have two users working on networks at hospitals and they have access both on wired and wireless connections but they cannot connect to our VPN. The IT managers for these locations claim nothing is preventing their access to our VPN. Is there something simple that could be preventing users from connecting to a VPN?
