VPN Access with Outlook 2003 and Email Exchange 2003

I recently was given access, via VPN, to our networks from home. VPN set up great and works fine but I noticed that when i access my email thru Outlook 2003 from home, it pulls my email into my inbox on my home system and i cannot see them in my inbox at my workstation in the office.

My boss thinks its a setting issue….

Any ideas?
