As part of setting up a VPN, I have installed RAS on our Proxy server (NT 4.0, SP6a). The Proxy server has two NICs, one with an external IP address, the other with a non-routable IP address. I’ve installed the Microsoft VPN client on my home computer (Win98) and have successfully connected to our network via my ISP. At least I get the message that I have successfully logged on. The problem is I can’t browse our network. I can’t map drives or find, let alone connect to, any of our servers. As the network administrator I have full access. Am I missing something here? This should be a fairly straightforward process.
