VPN connection

My vpn gets connected, the only pc i can browse is the one i’m connected to. If i go to network neighboorhood, i see other machines but when i try to access it i get network path not found,
I can ping the IP address but not the name.
Any suggestions.
Pretty much i’m connecting through vpn, and trying to get to a shared folder on another pc.
