HI,
I have a network with a Sonicwall Pro with VPN client included. I have one user that can’t get in from home using Bell South DSL. We use Road Runner business class at work and I have users with laptops that have RR residential or different dialup ISPs that can access the network via VPN. I had the user with Bell South DSL check their internet connection. They could get on the Internet, but when they tried to access any terminal server apps they received a message “remote desktop is notavailable”. The VPN is configured the same on all my XP Pro laptops. The VPN log shows all IKE traffic being passed correctly. I ask the user to try to ping my internal server address and they recieved :time out”. This is my manger’s laptop that is having the problem. So I need to get this fixed ASAP. Bell South stated I need to have the user check their DSL router to see if any traffic is being filtered.
thanks,
Rob
