VPN connects but can’t ping network

Any help on this pain would be great!
I can VPN winxpsp2 into sbs2003 via cisco 501 with noted connection. IPCONFIG /all and my dhcp address shows up correctly the subnet is 255 x4 internal network is 255 x3 and my default gateway is my dhcp supplied ip. netstat shows connection but I can’t ping server by name or ip nor any other machine on network. Guesses?
