I recently upgraded my Boss’s laptop from XP Home to Pro, and configured a VPN Connection on it so he can connect remotely. He is unable to connect.
During the upgrade from Home to Pro (XP) I did see some errors where windows could not copy some of the new files. Is there a way to get the files associated with VPN off the XP Pro CD and try to reinstall them? I have configured about 10 other users including myself with a VPN Connection, and never had a problem.
