VPN issue w/Linksys WRT54GS

Since we updated the OS on our office Firewall- My VPN (Open VPN) connection from home is terrible. I get kicked off every hr and its just WAY to slow. I had “ComCast” check everything out Twice and they say my connection is GOOD. I then purchase a new Linksys WRT54GS router and it didnt help. I’ve noticed that my even if I hard wire to the router- its still doesn’t work like it did .

Any suggestions ?
