My questions are in regard to the VPN that comes free with W9x and Winnt.
1. Does Microsoft’s PPTP encrypt your data by default?
2. Can one use certificates with PPTP?
Also, what are most common VPN solutions for people that do not want to VPN into a firewall or router, but connect to their corporate NT server instead.
