VPN Server

I am install Microsoft VPN server with 20 ports. it is work great without any problem with the first 2 ports but when the 3 person logon it give error msg” can not connect to remote computer”. It’s only give two simultaneous connection. if the 3rd person logon i have to disconnect one from the VPN server. Please help.
