I need to implement a VPN solution for a web-based deployment of ACCPAC 5.0 Accounting System, I have an ACCPAC web server running on WINDOWS 2000 Server to be access by a remote client using a browser. My current system has a WINGATE 4.5.2 running on WINDOWS 2000 Pro which uses the Proxy Configuration for Internet Connection Sharing, Firewall and Mail Server. What VPN solution can I use without additional configuration in my current system? Can a VPN router like LINKSYS BEFVP41 or D-LINK DI-804V run behind my Proxy server (Wingate)? I am using an Internet DSL connection.
