Ok, i’m tired of hitting my head against a brick wall here. I need to create a VPN tunnel between a windows small business server 2003 server and an outlying office’s PC which is behind a Linksys BEFSX41 router with VPN endpoint. I was hoping that by doing this the connection would be permanent so the users at that office won’t have to manually connect the VPN and also so they would be able to login with the windows domain login name that was set up on the server in active directory for each respective user. Can someone PLEASE tell me how I need to configure the server and the router. PPTP tunel? IPSec tunel??? Help!
