There are already 7 VPN Endpoints established and working as intended(6 have static IPs and 7th recently became Dynamic). I had to setup a smaller office in a new location consisting of 3 computers (2 xp prof, 1 vista) requiring access to intranet files in the main office. I setup the IKE/VPN Policies on the Gateway and Endpoint (Images Below) and all appears to work well, but then after approx. 5-7 hrs it will disco. After it disco’s I have to remotely login to the server computer to access the fvs338, go the the VPN Status Page, and click Connect. Immedietly after clicking connect the vpn is up for about another 5-7 hrs. The status page image you see below remains looking exactly as is for exit13 (one with issues). The Tx number never changes from zero, it never shows phase 2 as established, always says “Connect”, even when the connection is working. The FVS318 (endpoint) uplinks to a Linksys WRT54G which in turn provides wireless access for the 3 computers, and wired access for a network printer. The IP from the ISP at this particular location is Dynamic, and the ISP won’t provide static service for at least another week. If anyone has a solution to why this VPN Endpoint keeps getting disconnected it would be much appreciated. The three users are all women, very impatient, one is pregnant, and they are all quite brutal lol.
