VPN with NT 4.0 and ADSL Modem

I have a small office network. The office has a windows NT 4.0 server, a NT workstation, and two windows98 workstations.Our office is connected to the Internet using an external 384 ADSL modem attached to one of the 98workstion running analogX as a proxyserver. HOW CAN I SETUP A VPN ON THE NT SERVER. The server does not have a public IP.

you can not do that with analogx.
The best way whould be to move the ADSL line to the NT server and enable IP forwarding if you want your vpn clients to be able to browse the whole nework.
then run a proxy program on the server so there is an internet connection or you can use a NAT program for the internet connection.
For security you will have to put some firewall programs on the server that will be connected to the internet.
