I have come across this fault of late on two machines, Not seen it befor in 15 yrs!

Invalid Vxd dynamic link call to device number 3, service B.
Windows configuration is invalid Run Windows Setup Program again to correct this problem.

Done itto no avail.

Pc Certify checks out both machines as A Ok, Info on Device number 3 service B. Please, what device is it pointing at.
