VZAccess Manager blows out Internet Connections

Hi,
The COO got a Blackberry Pearl and ran the installation disk for VZAccess Manager. He said it came up with a compatibility error message and ignored it and installed. Now he has not internet. A system restore did not help. An uninstall of VZAccess did not help.
He is able to log onto the domain and see shared folders.
Any ideas?
