W10 prevents screen saver for 10 hrs then allow for 14 hrs? How to change?

My screen saver works starting at 8:am then stops working at 11PM each day. There is a timer setting for sleep/hybernate in windows that i do not know how to access. IT is a table with on/off columns for start/stop for sleep and hybernate functions. I remember seeing it and it had these times listed but do not know how to find it.

I finally was able to stop W10 from blocking screen saver for 14 hrs.
I had to delete all scheduled tasks: ID 800, , 158, 4104. time services.
I do wish someone would tell me how the schedule was set to do this.
