We currently have 6 W2K and Outlook 2K users. 2 users have Compaq Presario 1800 laptops and the rest Compaq Deskpro EN desktops. The problem is that 1 of our laptop users and 2 of our destop users cash intermitenly when they try to delete a message. This is what we are using. W2k with all the current pacthes and Office 2K with all the current patches. All machines are exactly the same with the exact same build (we use ghost). Please help, we are about to do a huge migration and if we don’t get this fixed it will a needle in our back side.
