W2K file permission combo.

I’m trying to recreate a scenario on my W2K server that I have on my NT4.0 server. I need to set permissions on a folder such that a user (in this case the IUSR_ user) can open a folder but not see the contents of it. The user should be able to copy a file into the folder but not delete or rename anything that’s already in there. On my NT 4.0 server the permissions are Special Access (W)(X).

In W2K I can’t seem to prevent the user from listing the files in the folder without affecting the ability to open the folder.
