W2K reboot w/o warning

My PC reboots w/o warning when I click a link or perform some other type of tcp/ip-related function. This is a Compaq (no jokes, please) PII 350. I ran AV on all files with no infection. IE 5.5 SP2, W2K SP2, McAfee. Thanks.
