W2K Server causes Admin Account Lockout

We run an NT 4.0 Domain having W2K & NT 4.0 Member Servers and NT 4.0 DCs.
One of our W2K Servers acting as a Trend TVCS Server causes an Admin User Global Account to lockout although we do not use wrong passwords.
When we stop this server, account lockout does never happen.
When we boot this server and run, the BadPasswordcount of our Admin user exceeds the Account Lockout threshhold.
Any help will be appreciated.
