W2K & SP3

the trouble then I have, it’s about the installation of Service Pack3, since that time I can’t have any network connexion except IE and Outlook express. I have no internet connexion FTP or even the Windows media player (but my real player work welle). what i did is uninstall all the pre SP4 patch and no changement at all, what else I should do before formate everything ?
