    W2K Web Server

    I configured a W2K web Server and created an Intranet site. However, I’m unable to access the site from a client PC. Can anybody please tell me if I’d missed something.

      Please do following task.
      1. Verify WWW Service is started. Is the W2K www service is running ?
      2. Verify your ip network. Cause if your client and server have different Network ID, your Client computer, ofcource, can not access your web server.

      Your client needs to be able to resolve the domain name – can you ping it by name? If not then DNS is the problem.

      Check to make sure has your DNS has an A record pointing to the site.

      On-line help has all of the details or post if you need more info.
