We are running a w2k server, on a compaq proliant ml370.
We are using hp jetdirect print servers, and every now and then the print spooler locks up. Then you need to restart the spooler, and even that does not always work. It returns an error 12, and you need to try it a couple of times before it starts..
Does anyone seen this problem before?
Or does anyone know how to solve this problem.
