w2k3 terminal server policy

I’m looking for the following policy setting in W2K3: “do not allow disconnected sessions”. This setting is mentioned in the help of local policy “\computer configuration\administrative templates\windows components\terminal services\remove disconnect option from shut down dailog”. But I can’t find it anywhere! Who can help me?
