W2kServer & Proxy 2install wizard-need

Our Proxy server (W2k sp3) with Proxy 2.0 hard drive died today. Have corrupted backup and need to reinstall. I can not fine the install wizard that you need to use to install Proxy 2.0 on W2k. This machine has been up and running for 4 years now – can anyone help by providing the file(s).
Thanks.
