I have setup W32Time correctly I think, at least I did what Technet says to do and I am getting the following two errors in my Event log in what looks like a pattern that everytime the thing tries to update it errors. Here are the error messages:1. Event ID 11 – The NTP server didn’t respond.
2. Event ID 31 – Attempt to set date prior to 1995 aborted.
I can’t seem to find any info about these messages. I think this is an issue with my firewall, but I am not in charge of that and I asked that the necessary ports be openend. What ports exactly do I need to have opened for this to work, or is there some other problem. Any help is appreciated.
