W95 (access denied after bootup)

When I boot W95, everything appears to boot up properly but, the desk top icons do not change from the standard windows startup. When I trie to click on them, they give the access denied message. When I try to look at the network or my computer I recieve the same message. Where should I look, or what file should I delete or change to fix this problem? Thanks for your support.
