An hour after my PC (Plll, Intel CA810E
motherboard, 160Mb RAM) was working, I
switched it back on only to be able to operate
in safe mode. After trying various things in the
troubleshooter, I decided it was time to have a
clear out anyway, and re-format the hard drive.
This I did, re-installed Win98SE, and same
again, can only operate in safe mode. I’ve re-
formatted and re-installed W98SE a second
time, just to be sure, to be sure, but no
change !
Any suggestiuons as to what has happened,
or what I am doing wrong ?
